Last weekend I had access to a Mini Cooper for a while so decided I would try and get some photos. I was hoping for a lovely sunrise and really get to work but alas it was about as foggy and miserable as you could get. After a couple of hours it cleared up and I set out to try and get some interesting pictures. I think this first picture really highlights the fun aspect of the mini and shows it with a bit of attitude.
With this second picture I just wanted to play with some suction pads so stuck it to the drivers door and went for a bit of motion blur. Since the sky was pretty boring I also had a shot at putting in the sun with a bit of lens flare etc.
With this last shot I just wanted to experiment with a mixture of lighting sources so I used the sun as the main light and filled in the shadows a little bit to bring out the wheels on the right with a flash. I also popped in a new sky from another exposure . The picture came out with a sort of "Modified" look (I think emphasised by the major slant). Anyway, here it is.
